So my brother and I walk into a Port Clinton bar named "Rack Attack" where we are trying to find a jute box, cheap beer, and some local culture. I immediately walk to the jute box as usual, pop in 2 bucks and start choosing songs. Without thinking or even looking around I start the night off with Bob Marley's "three little birds." As soon as I did it I looked around and realized these folks were probably not big rasta fans. My brother scolded me and we proceeded to make a playlist in the jute box to redeem ourselves with the locals. The first song we picked was "My Hometown" by Bruce Springsteen. We watched as the locals whistled and quitely sang along....we were in. Every night after while we at the lake we would go to Rack attack, drink cheap beer, and listen to Bruce. We will be buring a cd of the nights playlist for all those interested.

unreal! brilliant post, jenna. my hometown saved us all.
Bruce Springsteen to the rescue again. I don't know how many times he's prevented me from getting my ass kicked in Ohio bars.
It was great hanging out with you today! Looking forward to doing something creative--perhaps when I'm a little more awake. I'm thinking Amelie, wine, and bubble magnets. How's that sound?
Hope you had a great time hula hooping!
